We are a family-owned company and have

been servicing our community for over 4 years. We proudly have a 5-star rating on both Yelp and Facebook. We take pride in the quality of our equipment and customer service. We clean and disinfect all rental equipment after every use and before delivery and carry a wide variety of rental equipment. Our dream became a reality of owning our own successful business and spreading fun into other families' lives.   • Do you deliver and set up rental equipment?
    Yes, we handle the delivery, setup, and pick up for all inflatable Jumpers and canopies. Delivery of tables and chairs is only a delivery basis, Setup of tables, chairs and other rentals (other than inflatable and canopy) are the responsibility of the renting party. We will drop off all items at the address requested and return to pick up the items. We ask that you prepare the items for pick-up just as they were dropped off, all tables and chairs should be folded and put away as they were dropped off. Any tables and chairs not prepared will incur an additional cost. We do offer table and chair set up, if you want our team to set up tables and chairs, there is an additional cost, and will be at our teams’ discretion on set up.   • What if it rains or there are high winds on the day of the event?
    Jumpy Jumps Party Rentals reserves the right to refuse delivery or/and set up in the event of inclement or hazardous weather, unsafe or unstable conditions. Customers will be given the opportunity to cancel or reschedule (upon the availability of rentals), given credit or full refund 3 to 5 business days from the date of the event.
  • What payments do you take?
    ​Cash, Venmo, Zelle, or Credit Cards. If paying by debit/credit card there is a 3% convenience fee added to the total.
  • Do you require a deposit?
    Yes, all orders under $200 require a $30 deposit. Orders over $250 require a 25% deposit. The deposit can be made through Venmo or Zelle. The balance would be due to the day rentals are delivered. Deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your order. If you cancel you will be given the credit that is good for 3 months from the day of your event, Credit can be used on party rentals of equal or more of your canceled order.
  • How big are the jumpers?
    Most of our standard jumpers are 13'x13' which is the standard size that most companies rent. Please note the space required for each jumper (listed near the picture) as some are big and require extra space. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Jumpers need room to be staked and they need room for the blower and jumper cannot rub against walls, trees or anything else, as this may damage the jumper. The sizes listed with each jump include the space needed for set up. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call our office to discuss options for setup.
  • What surfaces do you set up on?
    We can set up on grass, dirt, asphalt, and concrete. we cannot set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumpers and damage jumper.
  • Does the price include set up and delivery?
    Yes, set up is included. However, delivery fees are extra depending on the service area.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    The full amount is due at the time of drop off unless there was a deposit paid. If the Customer cancels 2 weeks prior to the day of the event, there will be a $30 cancellation fee. Any deposit greater than $30, the difference will be refunded back to the customer in 3 to 5 business days from the date of cancellation.   • What cities do you serve?
    We serve Rialto, Bloomington, Fontana, Rancho Cucamonga, Riverside, Ontario, Chino, Chino Hills, Eastvale, Corona, Jurupa Valley, Mira Loma, Pomona, Montclair, Claremont, and La Verne.
